Postage
I offer free delivery in my local area and postage costs by weight of all other areas.
I look to deliver within 3-5 working days.
Refund Policy
We hope that you are satisfied with your item but if for any reason you wish to return an item then I will be pleased to help you, I just require that you do the following:
Return your item within 14 days of delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund after this period.
The item must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. We do advise that you use a tracked courier to return your item as we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to be delivered.

Items returned, unless faulty will incur a postage cost which you will be responsible for, this will be deducted from your refund.

You will receive an email to say that we have received and approved your returned item and a refund will then be issued. If you have not received your refund after 10 days, please do check with your bank or credit card company first.
We are unable to offer exchanges.
